Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Since products are shipped directly from the supplier, shipping may take longer than local stores.

 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time to the United States is 12–25 business days, depending on destination and shipping method.

  • Orders may arrive earlier or later than the estimated time.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or local holidays.

 Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Tracking may take a few days to update.

  • It is normal for the status to show “not tracked” or “in transit” initially until the package enters the local system.

 Taxes and Fees

  • Prices on the website do not include import taxes or fees.

  • Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations and Returns

  • Orders cannot be canceled after being shipped.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery only if the product is defective or significantly different from the description.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in case of store error.

 Important Notes

  • As products are shipped from abroad, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as customs or carrier issues.

  • Please track your package and allow the full estimated delivery time before opening any claims.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from the description.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a store error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
